These Terms of Service govern your use of My Raise Calculator, including the salary raise calculator, inflation-adjusted raise checks, report previews, paid salary negotiation packs, and related pages or emails.

My Raise Calculator provides:
The service is a writing, planning, and educational aid. It is not financial, legal, tax, employment, or career advice.
Salary decisions depend on your employer, role, location, performance, budget, timing, internal policy, and market conditions. We do not guarantee any raise, promotion, job outcome, negotiation result, or employer response.
You are responsible for the information you provide. You agree not to submit unlawful, confidential, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. You grant us permission to process your inputs to operate the calculator, generate previews and reports, send report links, and provide support.
Paid salary negotiation packs are one-time purchases. When payment succeeds, your report is unlocked for the associated report ID.
If report generation fails after successful payment, do not pay again. Use the retry option on the report page or contact support with your report ID.
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors such as Creem. We do not ask you to send payment card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, PINs, or other sensitive payment authentication data to us directly.
By purchasing a report, you authorize the payment provider to process the transaction and share the payment status, customer email, checkout ID, order metadata, and related transaction information with us so we can unlock the report, send access links, prevent fraud, and provide support.
You agree not to submit payment card data through support emails, calculator fields, report inputs, or any non-checkout form.
Some free raise-check summaries and paid report sections may be generated or assisted by Google Gemini large language models, directly or through API providers that route requests to Gemini-compatible models.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable for your workplace. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any generated email, script, argument, or target-salary language. Do not treat AI-generated content as legal, financial, tax, employment, or career advice.
You should not submit confidential employer information, trade secrets, medical information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information that is not needed for the report.
Because paid reports are digital goods generated for your submitted situation, purchases are generally non-refundable after the report is generated, except where required by law or where we decide a refund is appropriate. If you experience a payment or report access issue, contact support.
Report links and access tokens are intended for your personal use. You are responsible for keeping your report link safe. Anyone with access to the link may be able to view the report.

The website, calculator design, report structure, text, software, branding, and related materials are owned by My Raise Calculator or its licensors. You may use your generated report for your own personal salary planning and workplace conversation. You may not resell the service or claim our materials as your own product.
The service may rely on third-party providers for payments, email delivery, analytics, hosting, databases, and AI generation. Your use of those features may involve third-party processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate for every situation, or suitable for your specific workplace.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Raise Calculator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on generated content.
