Some report and raise-check features may use third-party AI providers to generate or improve salary negotiation content. Our report generation may use Google Gemini large language models, directly or through API providers that route requests to Gemini-compatible models.
We send only the information needed to produce the requested output, such as salary results, role context, desired salary, state, job title, and user-provided achievement notes. AI providers may process prompts, responses, usage metadata, safety signals, and technical logs according to their own service terms and privacy practices.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Creem. Payment providers may collect payment details directly from you. We receive transaction metadata such as payment status, checkout IDs, customer email, and report ID so we can unlock or retry your report.
We do not intentionally collect, store, or process full payment card numbers, card verification codes (CVV/CVC), magnetic stripe data, PIN data, or other sensitive authentication data on our own servers. Card entry and payment authorization are handled by third-party payment processors.
We retain only the payment metadata needed to operate the service, such as report ID, checkout ID, payment status, amount, currency, customer email, timestamps, and provider response metadata. Payment providers are responsible for their own payment security and PCI DSS obligations.
If we become aware that sensitive payment authentication data was submitted to us outside the normal payment flow, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
We use email providers such as Forward Email to send report links and support messages. Email delivery providers receive the recipient email address, subject line, message content, and related delivery metadata.
